hArt works with a variety of organisations to create and run projects and events, share resources and raise funds.
hArt has been able to form some great working partnerships with a number of other organisations, including the New Forest District Council, the New Forest National Park Authority, and Hampshire County Council.
We are also proud to work with referrals from Solent Mind.

We regularly submit funding applications to trusts and foundations as well as statutory bodies as part of our fundraising strategy, and are lucky to have some wonderful private supporters who undertake heroic feats on our behalf!
